Booking Fee is non-refundable for change of mind. Refunds on compassionate grounds will be considered on a case by case basis.

Cancellation refund scale:

•  100% more than 30 days notice (1 month), 
•   50%  refund 15 - 30 days notice and 
•     NO refund if less than 15 days notice of      cancellation is given.

Late commencement of the ceremony is charged at $55 per every 15 minutes after the first 30 minutes.                    

This must be paid on the day of the ceremony. 

Travel included 100 kilometres each way to base location, additional travel charged at 0.50c per kilometre.
